Very sorry to hear about the recent turmoil, and the loss of a "good friend" site. I've enjoyed being a part of the northern region of the SCJB family. I'm sure it's even more traumatic for you than the rest of us, and clearly remember the last time I got a similar type of letter in my mail box. Let me know if there is something I can do to help.

Wow, this is shocking!  Just when I thought life couldn't throw any more curve balls my way, this is like stepping on a landmine with both feet at one time.

I'm sad, mad, frustrated and dumbfounded.  As I'm sure Brad is along with many other people here.

This has been an excellent place to use and build my knowledge of jet boats as I'm still a newbie in the hobby.  It has been a great place to meet people with similar interests and brings us all together at one spot in this ever growing world and declining economy where people don't want to come out of their own homes...  Overall it has plain and simply, been a resource none of us want to lose.

I wish there was a way to download ALL of the forums and information in them to my computer.  Sometimes I would spend hours just reading through old threads and expanding my jet boat knowledge as big as my pee brain would allow me to.  As Brad said he only started this site to document the restoration of the project Wreidt Stinger....    Well I just frickin saw that thread for the first time this week and am anxious to know how it turns out, damnit!!!

Ray had a good idea with the emergency, "What's your email and phone number" thread.   Could also ad to that list a, "what's your screen name on sister sites" thread.  Wierd how also just this week, I stumbled upon NorCalJetBoats.com which I actually do live in Northern Cali.  But that site has no chance of living up to this one's reputation, there's simply not enough jet boaters up here.

Brad, good work on building an empire in our little boating community.  Your hard work and dedication to this site and the people who use it will not go un-recognized.  If there's anything at all we can do to help, shout it out.  Thank you for everything here and to all you good folks who lent their time, listening ear, or stumbling fingers on the keyboard to help others (like myself) understand issues they'd been having with their boats.

I could go on and on... but feel like I already have...  I also feel like I'm losing it and am having anxiety from knowing I'm going to have to remove this site from my favorite's list.

Good luck and god bless to all,

Ken Hunter

in light of the current events i waited till now to get ball-zee

we are choosing high schools for my son this year because he wants to be a lawyer, and i'll tell you he's going to be a great one, he can find a loop-hole in any situation.(if i can afford it :'()

brad has already admitted guilt in his goodbye statement (which he probably shouldn't have. IMO - a future lawyers dad >:D)
i'm not happy about this either but dont shoot the messenger in this case. BTW we like lawyers when they are keeping our butts out of the slammer or suing on our behalf ::)
sorry brad.
