Willow Valley Project
« on: June 04, 2012, 06:58:09 AM »
Well this weekend is the big push to get the place in working order. ME and the crew will be up there friday morning. If you have nothing going this weekend and would like to lend a hand,  i should have cold beer and BBQ for who ever wants to come and help out. Sleeping arrangements will probably suck. Some people are getting rooms at motel 6. its like 40$ a night. and others are camping in the new river place. There is a new AC unit going in as we speak so at least that will be working.

Anyway if you feel like lending a hand shoot me a text or just stop by.

place is on Green Valley Road. pretty sure you cant miss it.

I guess give it back. If he still has it next time we plan on being in the same area i can pay you for it and add a little extra for shipping or something.

I am too busy to get down to your hood to pick it up. thing is sweet though. And it would look nice under my engine hatch.

where are you located again. Maybe i have a friend that is close to you that can pick it up for me

that would make it easier but i am booked solid for 2 weeks. I have to head down to willow valley this weekend and next weekend. but after that i can shoot down to meet ya. I have a pregnant wife at home so it is hard for me to leave after work and make a bomb run down there to meet ya.

Any other time i would just drive down and get it but i am slammed right now.

LOL my bank account is on fire trying to refurbish the inside of the new place
New ac unit went in today
New roof goes on Friday
New sub floors Friday
new bathrooms sat
New drywall and paint sat
new hard wood, tile, and carpet next weekend.

it is hard to organize all of this stuff. do you do paypal. maybe i can just pay you for it and then i can pick it up when i get a free day

WE did a lot of work on the place this weekend. Both bathrooms were gutted and replaced, the kitcen has a whole new floor plan with an added island stove, all the floor damaged areas have been fixed, drywall, textrue, and paint are going in right now. place is looking awesome. I am pretty sure this place is going to be nicer than the house i live in.

anyway i will try to get some pics up here. but i just got back to work and i can barely move my arms as it is.

the roof was expensive as hell. i paid 3900 for the repair and refoam. but it does look nice and now all the money i put into the inside will be protected.

I used mohave roofing. they were pretty cool and actually showed up when they said they would

I got 5 estimates from different people and companies. they were all right around the 4k mark so it seems like there is not a lot of dealing on the price of the foam roofs. I could have shingles done for about a grand.  but i figured the foam was the best way to go.
