Title: Skip's Parker Charity Case
Post by: Brad @ SCJB on May 15, 2008, 11:59:50 AM
Skip lost a ton of money recently on a deal trying to make it right and as it stands, he wont be able to make the parker trip (among other more important things). I figure if we all chip in and help out, he will be able to at least recover some of his losses.

Any help is more then appreciated. His paypal address is luckie.stiff@earthlink.net

if youre not sure how to send money via paypal, just hit the donate button on the front page and i will forward the funds to him.

what undone did/is doing in the other thread is a very nice thing, but this is about something else, is it really necessary to bicker about it all here.  we are just trying to help out a fellow BOATER, i don't think it is about the cool kids or whatever..  brad why not just delete all these posts except the top one and then lock it. that way we have the paypal address, can donate if we want and be done.   just my .02, i will go away now. skip a place to stay is still avail for you.

Wow fellas, I'm not sure what to say  :o First and foremost, THANK YOU to Brad and all my SCJB brothers. Undone has a valid point about it being my mistake, I own that and I'm doing what is needed to make sure my customer is 110% satisfied with the final product, and it's being done with no additional cost to him, my word is my bond. If you all want to know the horrors that I'm dealing with, just sit tight, I'll be posting some stuff as soon as I get the seats back from the re-do. Oh yeah,
THANK YOU

IMO in business as well as "life " its not whether or not you F*cked up or not made a mistake ,what will make the difference in how folks feel about you and If they will do business with you again is how you take care of the problem or deal with the situation! Customer relations is everthing ! Good job Skip ! I'm proud of you for what its worth and you have retained Randalls respect as well as being able to feel good about yourself ! Good job Socaljetboats ,way to help out a "brother"  Tommy

I'm goin to the Lake Whoo Hoo !

skip has been more than a man about this whole situation, i really appreciate him , taking care of this. and in the future,if i need a set of seats, i will go back with skip. i just think that it is total bullsh*t what tom longoria aka issues did , i really think he should be refunding the money that he took from both of us.
