Check out this new episode of Mike Finnegan's "Finnegan's Garage". We used our new Jet Boat Speed Shop (www.JetBoatSpeedShop.com) to help out the guys over there to source a 10 qt oil pan for their LS motor they are putting into his '76 Rogers Bonneville TR. The first pan didn't fit and the 2nd pan just didn't have enough capacity. Look for the next episode soon to come where they install this new 10qt pan.

I remember the day they were filming pulling the motor out of the truck and putting it into the boat in the parking lot of the boat ramp at Elsinore” it was the same day as the Tom Papp Memorial if I remember correctly

It sure was a Tom Papp memorial event... Probably around 2010. I was the unlucky guy that he asked to provide a truck to help them launch the Rogers once it was ready and they realized they no longer had a working truck lol.
Good times.

Hell ya brother I remember that . The racing in the cove later that day was Insane , dudes ran aground in the rocks, blown motors and hurt feelings . All in good fun though. Rule#1 if you run what you brung and lose to a dude on nitrous , then you didn’t BRUNG”“ enough . Hahahaha
