I received an email from Boatus this morning referring to Ethanol blended fuels and government mandates. It is my understanding that the government is trying to push the fuel pumps up to E15 fuel vs the E10 we have now.

Couple of problems here, a lot of vehicles arent designed to run on e10 let alone e15. Youll get less fuel mileage too. Technically right now its illegal to use e15 in marine applications (as well as others). The other part to this is, for the most part we all run old ass shit in our boats. Which would require re-jetting and timing adjustments to work with the E15.
