Title: SOCAL Up North

Stealing a page or should I say some ideas from pictures from the site I organized a little Southern California boat meet up here in the great white north.  It was a mixture of 10 boats (I had the only squirter) we did it up like you guys, found a sand bar beached the boats, drank some beer, BS'd stood in the water.  Everyone had a blast and it was agreed that this will become a semi weekly event that is sure to grow.  Forgot the camera this time but I will get pics.

Man that is cool. It's nice you guys can enjoy the so cal way of life way up their.   :beer: But what the hell did you do before you had this great idea?

First season with the boat.  Most boats up here are used for watersports and travel between cottages.  I am working on changing that.  Even gonna try a northern version of TriTips this long weekend.

Gonna try to blow it up this weekend.  Doing the whole deal Coors beer Jose Gold and I think I've got one more jet and an old school v drive heading out.

I somehow thought you were in Alberta. from here to Ontario is more like 5 days for me a bit too far but Happy Canada day and have a great time  :thumbup:  :thumbup:  :beer:

Happy Canada Day to you too Gord.  I used to live in Comox and have done the long haul a few times.  3 days is possible lots of Timmy's.  I still have family in BC and head out every couple of years to 'God's country'
