...ya gotta remember this is going to be a silk screened shirt. It needs hard lines. No color fades. Pretty much vector type of logo/design.

If you wanted to screen print a color fade, you can use halftones in your color separations to accomplish the same effect.  When I had my snowboard manufacturing business, just about every graphic appeared to have a color fade and was printed on top/bottom of the snowboards, stickers, clothing, etc.

I have been away from this for some time as well as doing any kind of computer graphics, but I would think that today’s high-powered graphics programs would all have the capability of doing halftones and color separations.

I am looking forward to the new shirts.

Cheers,

Joe

I'm in the limited creative dept when it comes to putting pen to paper but I think I've got a design everyone will appreciate...

The SoCalJetBoats Tour 2014.  Picture of the river from Laughlin to Yuma with little Fireball logos at each place we hit on the tour.  Do a list of all the places we make an appearance (Back Bay, Lazy Harry's, AVI, BlueWater, Big River....) and the month we hit 'em.  If we do the same place repeatedly list it repeatedly just like you would see on an concert tour shirt.

Make it in a basic 3/4 color and offer it in both white or black.  Or offer one color first then offer the other color 6 weeks later.

And, If I make some calls, I'm sure I could get approval from Hallett Dave  ;D

EDIT:   And if the Fireball logo is a problem you could use the little beer mug emoticon or a little jet boat to mark the locations.

I really like this idea Keith. I'll see if I can bring it to life. Maybe as a 2nd shirt but only sold at the events. Only small problem is that I never know the Gord trip date until he calls an end to his Canadian farming schedule lol

That's kind of why I suggested just using the place and month, not specific dates.

we should do a Canadian Special shirt just for Gord and that trip. Do a "cartoon drawing" like the offroad shirts but with a sweet cow hauling ass down the river shooting a rivertard size roost.

SCJB and a cow at the river.  Classic.  Very limited production on this one.  Be sure to print at least 2 in XXXTall.

I hate to bust up the fun here, but I will never do single event shirts.

I do like the SCJB Tour shirt idea that Keith came up with.

Bud...I already outsourced it to an art house because I got no feedback. 1 design is done and the other is already bid out. Thanks for your efforts, but I just couldn't wait anymore. The first trip is in 3 weeks.
