Who has southwind what's the vin like

GL181024m84 does that sound like a southwind vin

i could be wrong but I believe there is three letters in the beginning? But I could be wrong

i wounder if it's GLI which was g&l marine out of Hollywood ca from '82-'88 I got this off of the uscg website

My southwind is jnc and the jemcraft logo and date are right by the driver interior.
