Sorry if its the wrong terminology, but I was wondering where I could find one of the splash guard deals that go behing the motor. Any help in the right direction is appreciated.
Is it normal for me to just sit in my boat, wishing I was out on the water?? I do it everyday after work. Does anyone else have that problem?

We live 3 to 4 miles from the launch to the river. ;)

Finney's in Havasu make them, kinda pricey. Also PM Howard19. Shop beside him also makes them. (Shipping my broken Finney's up there to be duplicated, much cheaper than replacing the oroginal).

If you are making vroom vroom sounds also sounds normal to me :screwy: I got my splash guard from Bergeron Eng. in Phoenix. There is a thread on here where others have gotten them elsewhere also :beer:

i park my boat at work downstairs in the parking garage. sometimes at lunch i just go down there and stare at it... like yesterday i went down in the middle of the day and took the plugs out to post em up here. haha.

Yes absolutely normal. I also keep my boat at work and eat lunch while listening to music in it on a regular basis. What's really sad is when I brought it home one night getting it ready for the next morning and a bunch of my friends and I just sat in it all night and got drunk. The security dude for my apartment complex didn't seem to like it. ;D :beer:

Get a hot rod....The prices are great on them now and keeps the land cruising way fun. I went to the escondido cruise last friday and the el cajon last night. Saw a few boating members there as well. No splash guard needed.

When did you get home bud? I thought it was supposed to be late oct Or something? If your jonesin to hit the river there's a couple of us hitting Parker this weekend. Sorry for the thread Jack lol

Yeah mid October is what they are sayin'. Lol I was day dreaming of what I was doing on the daily before I left! I'm hoping to make the unofficial October run. I'm prayin' I can make it. By the way, I also own a 79 z28 with a stroked small block. Land cruising is the best way to keep that internal hot rod gremlin calm when a lake/river trip is in question. Buddy of mine said I should hook a receiver and ball to the Camaro and tow the boat with it. Something about me being stuck in the 70's and i'm only 25. Lol would look cool!v O0 :thumbup:
