Title: Steering Cable Numbers

I'm having a hell of a time reading these numbers. It's for my steering cable. Can anyone help figure out these numbers?

all you should be worried about is the numbers right before "FT"  i think it says 15.  maybe 16.  thats the length of the cable.  then go buy a teleflex rack and pinion kit with helm for the same length.
