oops thread jack, my bad. :sly:  For me was at the AVI for the classic boat beach bash. Was pulling out of the beach area, when I started to gas it and it was reving but not going anywhere. Didnt know what the fruck was going on. One guy on another boat said to jump in the water and look under the intake. Sure enough I mustve mowed most of the grass that was in the water :screwy: Looke like a mini green tumbleweed stuck in the grate ;D

I was out there last Wed. and it didn't seem too bad.  It sure was alot better than it is in Aug.  Doesn't that shit get better as it gets colder?

Looks like what I pulled out of my pump last month at Park Moabi. Idled out thru the channel, got on the gas, and got the dreaded "Noise, but no go" effect. Pulled out what I could from the intake, but since my pump is not setback, I was done for the day(Temperature was getting hot even at idle). Had to get towed in, and put boat back on trailer. Pulled out another pound of that crap in the parking lot.  :banghead: Wont launch there again thats for sure.

Hey gq I havent launched from that ramp in a long time. It sucks going through the channel @ no wake, that and they need to dredge the  dang thing. I use the dirt ramp on the left near the exit, entrance to the river ;D

Yea I have used the dirt ramp before when I had my 18'. Just not sure the 21' would be able to get sunk enough to float , and I dont have a 4x4. :banghead: That channel just sucks, do they ever dredge the freakin thing? I pick up the same at the Avi lagoon but never to the point where I have to be towed in.
