Title: Tax Time is coming! Someone make me an offer on my river place

So i got a kid on the way now. I am guessing I wont be in blythe as much as i need to be in the next few years. So i would like to sell my river spot. I am entertaining all offers. I will most likley end up with another river trailer back at McIntyre or another park. But with a new baby i just dont think we will go as much as we would like. Once the kid is 4 or 5 its back on.

anyway PM me if interested. Also would not mind trades of equal value.

Also if i am going to give someone a great deal on a vacation home i would like it to be a freind. Also just so you know you can write off the rent when tax time comes around. Also a few trips there and back because you are checking on your rental property. so it comes out to a pretty good deal. Especially if you are already paying over 100$ a month for boat storage.

Keep the place....we did 7 weekends last summer with our kid, who is now 20 months.  It was a lot of fun....different, but fun.

what are you workin with and where's it at?....im looking.....still havent found it yet....
