You are doing just fine, trust me. 
Because my brother in law with a 4 banger cuddy cabin Bayliner wants to race my buddies open bow 4 banger Bayliner in quarter mile cover at Camp Far West.  I told them I don't think I have enough patience or camera space to film that slug race. lol
