Here is the first/only thing you'll see when going to lake Casitas,(if you have a boat in tow) .

I read in the paper they are (cal govt) is considering closing all kinds of waterways.

At least theres hope, they are talking about putting some sort of tamper proof lock/seal on the boat, wait a week or so (quarantine) then we can use the lake again. But if I were to go to another lake and remove the seal, I would have to wait the quarantine time again. There is nothing writtten in concrete yet, but from what I hear the lake is catching hell from every angle and litterally has to do something before summer. ;D, on the flipside, nobody thought the lake would ever close in the first place.

Next we'll be seeing the "For Sale" signs in the businesses surrounding the lake. That whole area depends on lake use spending / revenues year round. There have been discussions about lost money already. Cachuma stayed open!!!!!!! Close inspections, and boater cooperation, along with a "wash rack"......Seems like Casitas could have done the same thing if they really wanted to......It is nice to have the Bass fishermen on our side in these issues. A very strong voice indeed..........MP
