Title: throw cushion ticket

i got a ticket this weekend for no throw cushion. i was at martinez. Has anyone on here every got one and what am i in for money wise and or boating classes or what :screwy:

Not only do you have to have one on board, but it must be within easy reach of the driver.   Sorry to hear but at least you had all your other stuff in order.

the local police out here will give you a throwable if you ask for one. they carry 10 or 12 of them on board the boats.

he said he didnt have any extra ones on his boat.All i can hope for is, it to never make it on file but with my luck ill to time for this

I got the same ticket at  topoc  gorge  last year it was 135.00 mohave county. dosnt go on your recoard  >:(

135 is not to bad i was told by a person in the $300 range. o well shit happens i got a brand new one in the boat now

no im the one sitting on the edge no beer in my hand i dont drink but ya my vest was to small the wife put mine on and handed me hers. The wife was smart enough to grab my seat cusion but the osifer wasnt having it

i took my throw cushion and quickly sewed (you can get the wife to help out!) a velcro strip to it.  then stuck the other side of the velcro strip to the underside of the deck right next to the steering wheel.  out of the way and you can grab it quickly to throw at the lake police.
