I saw two guys on a motorcycle on State College Blvd in Anahiem Ca Towing a oxy-accetylene torch cart by the handle tied to the tail light with the hoses. Redulators on the tanks.

I can see it now...

Farmer Joe says "honey I'm heading down to the tire shop, gonna take your car..OK?"....Wife says "OK, can you put some gas in it as long as you're going to town?"
