Title: Toronado
Post by: Horizonjet on May 22, 2013, 09:00:02 AM
I'm from Moore Oklahoma, graduated from Moore High School and lived a mile north from where toronado hut. I know zilla68 lives there but can't get in contact with him. I hope him, his family, and jet boat are ok.

I feel completely useless out here on the West coast. Is there anything short of sending donations to the Red Cross that we can do to help? The Red Cross is great and all, but seems a bit impersonal...

zilla68, nothing but goods thoughts... Hope all is OK.

Just heard from zilla68 and they are all well. Just a lot of debris to clean up, still no power and can't get out of there neighborhood but he assured me they are all good.

I know it seems impersonal but what else are we supposst to do living way out here.

I'm in the emergency response field myself and know what it's like pulling into these " situations".
it's heart wrenching ... the Red Cross is always there...helping everyone that needs help..."if" u can...
  help them...help others.   thx  Vic
