Anyone know of any tec jobs available in the San Diego area? My son lives there and having a hard time finding work. Any leads would be much appreciated. Tim

Try IBM, they are always hiring SSRs (System Service Representatives).  Sometimes POS (Point of Sale) and Break Fix, depending on his skill level.

Don't know if you have Verizon in that area, but I hear that the killer jobs are in Fios installs.

Also look at other broadband providers.

How about a list of skills. My company is always looking for Cisco certified technicians around the world. I know for a fact that there are a couple of open req's on my team for Voice Over IP engineers.

Give us an idea of what he is working with and looking for.

I will get a list from him, Thank you for the responses, sometime getting ideas of where to look is all a person needs. I don't know a thing about computers, but a dad never stops helping his kids. Thanks for the help. Tim
