Title: Trailer and boat repair in Palm Springs area!!!
Post by: Bullzybull on June 19, 2016, 09:53:16 PM
So we were on our way to echo lodge today. We stop in Palm Springs, and I notice the boat was listing on the trailer bad. The driver side rear is also very low. It appears the left main rail of the trailer has split and is digging into the hull of the boat. At this point I'm afraid to drive it. We rented a hotel room for the night but I have no idea about anyone in the area that can repair trailers or boats for that matter. My google search turned up a few places like weld shops, but I would like to know if you guys know of anyone out this way that can help or point me in a direction to go so it doesn't completely ruin my week at the river. Thanks.

There is a few boat trailers on Craigslist in havasu and needles. That one is probably toast.
Trailer problems suck.

Can it be patched and hobbled to the river?

I'll see about a mobile welder for ya.

Good luck to ya.

Thanks guys and a big shout out to lopes ! A Mobile welder did the trick. Got to the river a little behind schedule but made it safe and sound. Seems like this dang trailer has been giving me more problems than the boat lately! 👎🏼
