Who out there uses a trailer dolly to get their boats into the garage, side yard, etc..? What type do you use and how easy is it to maneuver? I'm looking at buying a little house to flip and it has a detached garage with a huge back yard but the driveway is narrow and the garage is too small. There's no access to the back yard from an alley or anything so my only choice is to either leave it in the driveway and have no garage or try and maneuver it between the house and garage. Any suggestions?

I use my 12 hp garden tractor.
In really tight areas, there is a 2" ball on the front of the CJ7.
Turning a tandem trailer is a bitch by hand, I wont do it anymore.

If it's really flat, use an old Hoveround mobility chair. Works great. The cord on the remote is like 6' long. They use AGM batteries and can be charged with the plug on the remote.
Typically can be bought for about $150.
