Luckily Kustom Trailer is no longer, otherwise I'd say, you too can drop in and get raped with no lube on a trailer that has runs and bubbles in the paint and pulled in with a tail light hanging off.....oh oh oh! And dry rotted valve stems for those times you REALLY want to pull over with your entire family on the side of a busy highway with big rigs whizzing by to repeatedly change a FOCKING FLAT TIRE IN BLISTERING 10,000,000 DEGREE HEAT!!!!!!!
4 tires later and $200 plus dolars in metal valve stems later all is well with the world.
Other than that.....it tows great.

The jet boat trailer has the v block style. The Bahner is the floater bar however.

thanks guys you gave me some ideas.
I think im going to just throw new bunks on this one, new lights and roll with it. Then when the boat is finished ill start looking for a tandem axle trailer for it.
thanks!
-
I'm in the same boat. Really want a tandem trailer, but can't free up the funds when the boat has so many small projects required to get it right.
Never had a single axle trailer, so I'm just going to throw on new tires, lights, and find a spare to use as it currently doesn't to have one.

I added some diamond and skirts... the skirt is a 5/8 ply with a split 5/8 hose ran along the edge then carpet over. Has an aluminum 90 on the bottom an a small 90 on top through fender.

As far as lights I bought all mine at the truck stop on North Indian ave. $24 bucks for a pack of 4 red led marker lights and 4 dollars for a single red one so you have enough (three in the center and one on each fender) another 24 bucks for a pack of 4 amber. Now with those I put two on the steps one is wired as a running light and one wired in as turn signal. And then 30 bucks for the regular oval led tail lights. Never took a picture after light install.

how much is cheap?
I really need to paint my trailer and repair some odds and ends. But dolls are to expensive for a one time use and rental places want too much. Unless someone has some dolls they would be willing to rent?

What did you do? Because to an untrained eye it looks like fresh paint on your trailer.

Nope not paint, it's all powder coat. Once I removed the boat off the trailer and finished all the fab work I looked at my options. Where am I going to paint, who's gonna help me flip it, prep time, sanding time, paint supplies. I trailered it to the powdercoater and he sandblasted it, primed it and powdered it all for me.

I assume you took it down there fully assembled....
-beerjet-
-
No, I loaded it on a flatbed trailer with the axles and everything else that I wanted powdercoated. Dan offered me the option to take it down rolling and they would even assemble it when it was done. You can take it there and they will take it apart.
