Trying to renew my trailer reg and cant find the location on the CA DMV site, can anybody help me with this??????

CA, nothing on DMV site, even when i google how to register i cant find anything!!

if youre simply trying to just register a trailer....just go down to dmv.  bring the paperwork you have on it....pay the fees....should be done deal.

if you have no paperwork, it could get a little more involved....more so if you dont have an ID number on trailer or plate.  that may take a trip to CHP office.

still, its not too difficult to register.  their website isnt the greatest.  going in to dmv seems to work best for me....even with the stuuuuupid wait times.  :thumbup:

I have a my paper work, its just a simple renewal, just trying to avoid sitting there for two hrs.  I cant remember how i did it last time, just seems like there is a way to renew on line!!

If you have aaa that's the best way and quickest way to go. Make sure to bring a check they don't accept arm or credit cards.

If DMV sent you a renewal notice, it may say on there your options on how to renew. Could include online option.
You can try a DMV service center.....where they charge a fee for DMV services...but are somewhat limited as to what services they provide. They're usually much quicker than DMV....or AAA. There's. Spot in Anaheim.... if you're near there. Could be Fullerton.

aaa is quick.  dmv service centers can be quicker....but for a fee.  usually 25 dollars per visit.  but it varies.  ive been charged 15 before when paying cash.

aaa requires you to sign up(if youre not already a member)....so theres that cost.  which will be more than 25 bucks....however you get the option to use their services...road side assistance, dmv, ect.  they are limited to what you can get registered.  i always forget....either pwc/boats are not done....or atvs/dirtbike/off highway.

I did all the registration for my boat at AAA. I think it's the ohv stuff that they don't do.
