Title: Trying to find some motivation
Post by: NEVERDONE on April 03, 2017, 01:32:21 PM
Have my boat all torn down for new floors and stringers (ans yes its supported from the bottom) and the hull all cleaned and some of the wood cut but trying to find the time/motivation to finish it. I know I can't be the only left trying to finish their boat up for this summer. It just seems like everyone else is out making test runs....SMH

You got this. Still got time to get it done. My boat has been getting worked on since the end of July and still not done. Gets frustrating but will be worth it in the end

You and I are in the same boat. No engine, no pump, no interior, not wired, tons of powder coating to get done, need to build supports.....Well you get it. Man I need a rental 😁

I still need to resin coat and carpet my floor, engine is still at the machine shop, and still need to go through the pump, then put it all back together. My goal was May but looking like June now.
You're not the only one.

You're not the only one. Sometimes life gets in the way. And when you don't have plans  to take the boat out, you are even less motivated.

The warmer weather helps with the motivation. Thats why I always start stuff in July. :banghead:

In the same boat as well,  still torn apart,  was supposed to be ready for parker this weekend but the shop is taking their sweet time with my casale. Still have to move stuff around have a new drive shaft built and a bunch of little stuff to do.  Can't do any of it without the casale.  They've had it for a month!!  Fml
