The first weekend of june (June 1-3) I will be heading out to the new willow valley place to see what i can get done before i call a reconstruction crew in. My plan is to get the AC working cause it is going to be getting hot out there. Make sure the yard is clean of debris. cut out damaged sections of the floor and repair sub floor if possible. Might have to wait for the pros to do that. remove toilets and some bathroom stuff. check out electrical, Remove hot water heater so that the floor under it can be repaired.

anyway if you fee like hanging out that weekend feel free to come on up. Bring a sleeping bag and an air mattress cause i dont have any furnature up there yet. but there will be cold beers and either pizza or bbq.

i only have a set amount of cash to get this place into shape so i need to save costs where i can.

when did you want to meet brandon? i will be driving thru barstow on the way to the river place on friday and again on sunday. I am also not sure how my funds are going to look until we get this river place squared away. Sorry but i think you understand the high priority on the new river spot. I cant have a preg wife there until the mold is gone and it is safe for her to be in.

White boy look for my boat we will try to get that island below goose but sometimes it is full pretty early. we can talk over a game plan down there.

only problem is is that willow makes it kind of a pain in the ass for guests to launch their boats. You have to launch then park your truck on the out side of the private marina. Not a big deal but it is a little bit of a pain.

I like the way you think. I will get the back of the manx buttoned up. need to put on the drums and i am missing two motor to transmission bolts.  I will trailer it to the river. Brad will you be bringing a trailer? if not i can bring a bug bar and you can flat tow it.

If worst comes to worst, ill have you drop it off at Jodie's uncles house in Bullhead, and ill come out and pick it up Monday. I'll give you a call next week so we can finalize numbers, parts, and game plan

awesome. I always wanted to do that behind the trailer. And your spot is bitchen cause you got the tree for shade. It is a cozy spot on the first row. love it there. plus that is where most of the MOB hangs out.

My plan was to wait till the baby got older and just keep my eye on willow valley for a great entry level place. well it happend way quicker than a thought and i ended up closing on a place for a killer deal. so now i have a new baby and a new house that needs a lot of work.

so my life is crazy right now. I am just hoping i can afford child care and a river place. lol may have jumped the gun on this one. but i am sure i will make it happen with a little help from my friends. lol
