Title: Want to Borrow Windshield Knife - North County or OC

Anybody in North County or OC have a windshield knife (aka removal tool) that I could borrow, rent or buy? I'm thinking of the kind with the bent blade and the T-handle you use to help pull it easier. Thanks!

What I have used in the past was a helper and a pair of vise grips and some thin wire. One inside and one out. Feed the wire thru the seal and then pull together all around the windsheild.  Unless your are talking about the moulding tool, then I do have one of those

I know you can buy the kit for under 50bucks just cant tell you where sorry maybe ebay?

Did you get your hands on one yet? If not, I got one that a glass installer left in my rig after replacing a windshield a couple of years ago. Would be glad to send it to you, just let me know.
