It's been years since we've been to Kaweah Lake. What is it like now? I remember they used to rent pontoons there. Little things, just right for fishing though. Local TV channel 18 auctioned off a  day use for a pontoon boat there,I won it and we all had a blast with it. Ended up pulling two jets boats around the lake with it and party'n on the toon. I think everyone got home ok, ........I think. Ahh, the good old days.

Kaweah is FULL. The flood gates to drain the lake are not working and they can't let water out... Heard multiple stories as to why they can't open them but the most interesting one I heard is that the control room to open and close the gates is flooded due to a water line burst and flooded it

Millerton Lake in Fresno County is FULL. Whole lot of people tho. It's hard to find a parking place after you've launched. I believe it's $20 a day. If you're over the transom pipes aren't too loud or you're cool with the noise , you'll be alright. I just don't care much for Millerton Lake

Pine Flat Lake, Fresno County is 70% full , it's a huge Lake. Parking is good three different launch ramps. $5 a Day launch fees. Over the transom headers are okay , no decibel levels enforced. Sometimes Sheriff's will conduct safety checks before you lunch , so have all your safety gear.

The Kings River kind of a different animal nowadays. Speed limits of 35 miles per hour is enforced. And there's plenty of sheriffs out there in their waverunners. The Kings River is just surreal , big beautiful homes, gun clubs, golf courses, Big Trees creating Bridal veils. Just a beautiful place to take your honey. But it's very shallow. Have to be careful with your prop job for sure. There's a lot of 5 mile per hour zones long some of the camping spots that are Club oriented only now. There's way too many tubers and floaters there now. That's why they've instituted the speed limit. Anyway have fun.
