Dude I feel your pain. About 5 months ago I started a new job working as a Fabricator for a custom equiptment shop and I got a chunk or metal in my eye right on the edge of the cornea had to have it "buffed out" what they really mean is drilled out lol put me in a patch for two days. I tried to go back to work that day but realised it was harder than hell to weld with one eye. Did I mention I was only a week into the new job and I was on probation. :screwy: Long story short I now make sure to wear my glasses (never did before)
