do you have to hump to be able to buy a couple SCJB hats ???
Just askin.
-
You could hump my leg, but I don't have any hats. ;D
But I would all so be interested in a hat or two.
-
I also would like some hats. I've asked where I could get some hats a while back and the answer I received was basically that there are no hats to give out. I think I remember being told skip was the guy who made the first batch of hats. But those are long gone by now. I know times are tough right now for everybody, myself included. But I think if we get enough people that want hats we could maybe get a pool of money together to make a certain amount of hats. I have no clue what it costs to have hats made or if skip or somebody still has a guy to make them. Hell I don't know.......I'm just thinking out loud. :screwy:

I have a guy in my town who can do hats. I went their one to get a hat made for my friend who was killed... it only costed me around 20$ which is alot for a hat but at the same time it was a custom hat
-
I do the hats, I'll make some calls this morning and get see what we gotta do, it's been a while since we've done any.
-
Thanks, it looks like there is enough interest to run off a batch.
Especially if your guy already has the logo / design. Let us know.
You could put us down for 2 or 3. 8)
-
Looks like the company I was using has been bought out, I'm going there tomorrow to talk with the new owners and see what we can come up with
-
I could use a couple of hats and lord knows I haven't had a good leg humping in a while so either way I would be in.
-
you can form the line for leg humping here, i will then transfer said leg humpings to the proper channels....... for a small fee >:D :o
-
I guess the foot feels better huh? Or is this how you plan to deaden the pain? :screwy:
-
might as well scribble me in for a couple hats...

Just be patient. The whole SCJB merch thing is getting revamped and kicked in the ass. (yes, stickers included ::))
things on the list, are koozies, hats and towels.
-
I'll take a sticker and a coozie. From the last time. I'd love a 5950 new era fitted scjb hat, just can't wear flexfit
-
I pay about 12 bucks a hat...front and back embroidery on flex fit almost any style or color. They are done in PB san diego not China and a minimum of 6...But he does one offs for me all the time. Has done my dickies jackets front, back and arm embroidery with a large stitch count for 55 including jacket. Beaines for about 10. His prices might have come up a tad but his work is top notch.

i ordered stickers like 6 months ago and still waitin.. haha.. i kno times are tough and all
-
Kevin - I still have your order and it has not been forgotten.
YourMom - I will look into that. Thanks for the suggestion. I have been looking for a good solid source for stuff like that.
1972Challenger - I still have your order as well. You will get them soon.
Also, from now on, I will be driving all merch deals. I appreciate Skips help in the past with the hats, but from here on out, I will handle the merch.
I know I havent taken the merch thing with SCJB very seriously in the past, but its now a priority to kick it in the butt and offer some quality products to you guys in a timely manner. It will take awhile, but consider that the snowball is now rolling.

So now you don't want me to do another run of hats? Found a guy local to me, price is way right.

I looked online yesterday and saw a site that will do the new era fitteds with raised embroidery like baseball hats. The blank hat is 25 bucks and that's a bargain for a nice hat IMHO

the last run of hats we did were $20/each.....and i recall a lot of bitching about the price.
I really appreciate the suggestions guys, but the merch shit is a touchy subject. Its VERY difficult to make everyone happy around here. everyone has their idea of prices, colors, styles, etc that they think is right.
Please just be patient.

My hats last me anywhere from 6 months to a year of everyday wear... That is unless I do backspins on the bow of my boat and fall in the water with it. I'd be willing to pay way more than 20 for a quality hat that lasts. My padres hats I wear are usually 30-50 bux
-
Brad's right. People were crying about $25 shipped!
-
I personally have no problem with paying 25 for a hat (really prefer a fitted?flexfit style) and would order more than one
