Have 4 (shop and home) they work OK but not the best! I forget I have them but WTF for 20 bucks its hard to go wrong !

Not yet..Thinking about it.  Setting up Skype on my iPhone--$1,400 cell bill this month is good motivation!  :banghead:

Not sure if you keep the same number. With Skype on the iPhone its for calls out. Regular cell provider for inbound calls........ My soon too be former U.S neighbor uses Skype to call home on his cell. Airline pilot 747's and in Europe to Australia and New Zealand several times per month---He says it works well for those places to call home.

I have one, best to have a high speed internet connection, had it for about 6 months now, they say they are working on keeping your
existing number. I got read of my land line and decided to use Magic Jack for the price cant go wrong. a plus to magic jack is that you can remove it from your computer and use it on your laptop or another computer, I have not done it but they say you can do it...

Yes you keep the same number. Federal law makes sure you always own your number no matter what service you use, soooo......

Never tried the Magic jack tho.
