Title: Winter Solstice : Dec 22

Today is Winter Solstice; the shortest day of the year and official first day of winter; but to me, since it's the shortest day, from this day on each day gets longer, which means summer is coming.

Thats definatly positive thinking . Can you do something about the fukin cold now .... huh tough guy ...

Cold? I was out the last 2 days working on the boat in shorts and tshirt; of course, by the time the sun started setting I headed to the sweats real fast; gets cold quick, doesn't it?
Regardless, as of today, the days are longer!

We're a little weather spoiled, huh?
That's why I live here; it's surely not for the traffic or real estate prices  ::)

Nice pics; really, I like snow; but ONLY when I'm snow skiing (however, I much prefer water skiing); other than snow skiing, no thanks.

It's staying daylight longer already (although barely noticeable).
