I'm trying to figure out why? But I do have a 3 outlet deal designed for logs/snails??? But is really unncessary unless running a T-Stat or a closed cooling system as I can see the things (I have 3 of these things, apparently a Harmin Marine deal with weird water pump covers too).

(https://www.socaljetboats.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi673.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fvv95%2FIrrebel%2FMoo%2520build%2FP2180036.jpg&hash=23b8fa9c65111ab03f61ff80907b829bff497479)

Every intake I've ever seen for BBF have two outlets on the intake in front of the T-stat housing. 1 usually plugged with a pipe plug, the other, on aluminums anyway, usually a press in deal that I pull out and then tap it 3/8 NPT and put a real fitting in there.

The "cobra jet" style cast iron marine intakes I have have the temp sender in one of these holes, and a freeze plug in the other. Tap the freeze plugged one out to 3/8", bush the sender one down, and use a normal t-stat cover with the temp sender in it.

1 outlet for the headers, one for the O/B dump. Or both to the snails if that's your setup.
