These people have effectively destroyed any potential value of our mobile homes by over pricing the space rents. In their sales package online they are trying to sell the park for $14 Million. Do you know what the sales presentation pushes the most about this park?
NO RENT CONTROL! Charge these poor bastards anything you want, foreclose on their mobiles when they can't afford it anymore then give it to the next poor bastard for a years worth of space rent and do it all over again.
How about that new launch ramp? It SUCKS. :thumbdown:

It's so flat the front of your truck has to be 15 feet below the water line to get your boat to float. :screwy:
A launch ramp at the river must be steep and have a consistent slope for it to work at all you morons! :-\
How about the water coming through the pipes? It's full of nasty crap that destroys everything in your mobile. I have 3 filters in place and it still sucks. There is a canister full of sludge after being there 2 days with only 2 people. I'll take a pic next time and post it.
Why do I stay you ask. I love the location. I simply wanted to vent to total strangers :banghead:
