Sorry guys I don?t go to the river but Is there a story behind the ?1st/last regatta?? Or is it just the name?

Great event, my wind was running hotter than a raped ape so of course I blew an exhaust gasket late yesterday. Sick of trying to make these old panther logs work time for some thru transom headers but I'll have to ditch or redesign the doghouse.
