Oct 20th 21' jet boat championship

Race will be held at sun-up from Buckskin to Parker dam and back.

Requirements:
Boats must have jet propulsion
Be 21' in length
Drivers must weigh 220 lbs

OK, got a problem with the rules:
Jet-berk jc with diverter, ride plate, loader and shoe--CHECK
21' Eliminator day cruiser, (heavy old pig) BBC, Full roller motor, no reverse, ~2800 lbs--CHECK
220 lb driver---This is the problem- Lost ~70 lbs since Feb, '12 now 217

and NOT GOIN BACK!!!

3 pounds under the weight limit, I guess I'll bring your cooler to the dam and back and have a cold beer ready for ya when ya finally get to the finish line

Well, if you beat the pink Ultra, you will be subject to a protest because you must have a 600ci motor.

I'll pay the $250 and have to pull the heads on your boat and blow down that motor on the water to verify all is legal and if all goes well the prize is a roadraper.

The boat has been in training the last few nights. I wheeled the garage tv out into the boats circus tent and replay a bunch of videos of brad running comp jet racing.

By day, its listening to eye of the tiger all day on repeat while I'm at work.

thats what I got in my whole motor

600 cu in?? Its a C/30 motor, .030" over

Couldn't beat a pink ultra with a 33mph boat, could I?

Should be a fun and relaxing trip, but mines gonna gave to do 5200rpm all day to make up for the trips I didn't get to go on this year. Only got out 7 times.

As for the 21' championship looks like its down to me and whiteboy in the lineup. Buckskin to the launch ramp at Echo.

I was only out i think 4 trips this year

To run, but the course is getting shorter

Sounds like its gonna be a line of boats and rooster tails going down river I like the idea of doing it around dusk I watched a few guys race the buckskin ecolodge strip Friday and Saturday night looked cool and sounded crazy
