Nice how much is it per month?
I'm paying 400 per month. Keeping it there from April 1 until November 1. Then snow birds come in on November 1 and leave April 1. I think they are full though. I looked at River Lodge, Castle Rock, Echo, Sundance and Big Bend. They are all about the same price except for Sundance was 525 but it was waterfront and brand new. The selling point for me on Sunrise was it has boat slips and it is up where the water is flatter, less busier. As far as I know, Sunrise is the only RV park in Parker with boat slips. Big Bend was my next choice, they have a couple of water front spots for 390 with a large beach. They have a large dock which is nice that you can tie up to, but no slips. Big Bend is at a nice turn in the river so it is deep and less current to deal with. Castle Rock was my third choice. No water front left, but they had an upper tier second row spot that was nice and they have what they call a marina. Its a lagoon off the main river, out of the current that you can tie your boat up too. It was a little beat up though and it seemed dusty. The bathrooms were kinda rough. A big plus with Castle Rock is that it is on the Arizona side so its close to town, i.e. Wallmart, Safeway, restaurants, stores, mechanics, hardware store, storage, etc. River Lodge has some nice water front spots for 390, lots of current though in the open spots, but they have a lagoon that your can leave your boat in out of the current. Bathrooms there are rough. River Lodge has free golf which the old snow birds love. Lots of old people at River Lodge. They were all packing up when I was there last weekend. Nice people I must say. Echo didn't have any long term waterfront spots. They would have to move you around. Seemed really busy and crowded to me, but they have a bar and restauraunt. Another positive with Sunrise is that it is a mom and pop owned property, the last one at Parker. Mike and Cheryl, the owners, were by far the nicest, most informative, helpful people I met at the parks. It was also the cleanest and has indoor storage. Are you looking for a spot?
