Title: Where to buy?
Post by: jettfuel on November 30, 2006, 09:44:03 AM
Where would you buy in Parker? Mobile home or "manufactured home" probably gonna be what I buy. Az or Ca side, doesn't matter to me as long as the place is cool. Must have view of river at very least! close to a ramp.

Hey, I actually run a mobile home park in Parker, I have 4 units up for sale right now, private docks and private launch 400 meters south of the dam.  You want to be on Arizona side as California doesn't allow you to keep your boat in the place long term.  Units are going from 35K to 95 K, 2 bedroom 1 bath with boat storage, cheap rent and an awesome park.  Also anyone know someone who wants to buy a 1978
charger 19' that is super clean witha  new berkley jet??  The hull is pure white, new upholstery and a great trailer. Lots of chrome.  Asking $6000 smprincipal@verizon.net

No catch.....leased land...as most river areas are.....lease good until 2030.....Got pictures inside and out but couldn't figure out how to post them....can send them to email address....I am fairly computer illiterate.  Only reason I'm selling is that I am upgrading to a unit down the street that will accomodate my family and friends better.....The 2bd1ba unit is late 70's with a true COMPLETE Remodel, we upgraded to the 3bd2ba, closer to the water and it is a 2001 which we also updated....I have taken a repo that is older but offers more for what we want and need.....dont need 3 units!......

A PERSONAL DECISION. BOTH ARE KICK ASS, ASS SEEING SPOTS. ANYONE GOT BEER?

I stay at a mobile in Big river and as long as you pay your property taxes you get into the park for free.  its an awesome place!! not as hectic as the strip.you don't have to worry about getting swamped by 26ft ocean racers!
