Has anyone been winter boating in your area?  The Davis Dam release looks really low lately.

Level 1 Conservation?

Hydroelectric and water demand for farmers is also down this time of year.

One unit looks sad for Wednesday. Might even be able to walk from Bullhead to Laughlin.

Looks like a good time to take out the metal detector and look for treasures.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Dude! You're spot on. There was a guy in Havasu on one of the normally busy beaches cruising around with a metal detector.

Not to steal the thread or anything, but I have seen some lots in topock for only 6,900-13,000 ? Are they bad investments to build up a little get away house or pre manufacture home on?

Check if it already has septic. And lot size.
If I remember right, Mohave County requires 1/2 acre of land for a septic.
Those lots were sub-divided before the 1/2 acre septic deal was adopted.
As always, BUYER BEWARE, and do your due diligence.

Mash on it, or anyone else in the area, what do you think about homes in Willow Valley/Willow Valley Marina?  Is it sketchy, are there a lot of tweakers?
