Title: 3/4 Led Lights

I want to replace the three lights on the back of the trailer with these 3/4 LED's. The trailers has roughly 1/4" holes in the trailer for the old lights. Should I worry about any structural problems by drilling the holes out to 3/4?

As long as the cuts are somewhat centered and smooth,  no issues. Stay away from the edges.

Do it all the time.
