If you need a picture of one let me know, I have a 77 Hondo on a CalWest trailer out of Fresno.  Mine is made out of square tube with a little bracket welled on the end that attaches to the bow hook.

BTW - I made my own . Relativley light duty home depot shit , welded it up for the hallett and it works like a charm.

hey oc, at the corner of batavia and taft/57frwy the old bird that runs that boat shop may have one, i will stop by this week and look for you, i need the rough measurement from the eye hook on boat to the main beam usually 4 inch channel steel directly below the eye. PM me with measurement i may have some luck i got one there about a year ago and he had a pile of them for sale you will need U bolts to attach to frame of trailer.

I will Measure and send you a PM. That would be cool if you could get me one and I could pick it up on the 1st when I am down there. I would pick it up myself but my luck is that they will be closed or have burnt down by the time I got there.

I dont even want to know the man hours that went into the prep work on the trailer, that thing is awesome.

I wish I had a CNC machine to play with to make cool stuff like that.

I've always heard it called a floater bar also .
