Title: tongue weight question

I have single axle trailer that has the axle much closer to the front than the rear. With the boat empty it is VERY easy to lift the front of the boat with one hand. Is this going to be a problem? I've read that tongue weight should be about 10% total trailer weight. Has anyone had problems towing with these single axle trailers? What are your opinions/experience with these single axle trailers?

I dig mine and its easy to move around with a hitched hand truck. Post a pic of yours...
