Removed the old trailer tongue today. It was shot when I picked up the boat at the river last July..but made it to Mississippi .... I fitted it its good I'll take it back
off tomorrow and pull the old wiring and brake lines an replace em. I haven't pulled the wheels but I'm sure the brakes will need to be replaced as well.
It's in pretty good shape for being as old as it is.

I knew the trailer had some cancer on the cross members where the drain holes are are when I bought it.... been keeping an eye on it and I think they would last another couple seasons, but the idea of my boat bouncing down the road on its keel :o decided me so I bought the steel to replace em.
I can weld, but I am not THAT good..... so its off to my buddy's shop for the job.
