In that pic it appears to be a shallow v bottom , why do you say it is a 3/4 runner bottom?

Here it is,  Kurtis Kraft, a guy on performance boats says they made 5 or 6 of them. Posted a cool pic of a blown boat named Bullet. Same hull.
