Got most of the plumbing done today. Got new fuel pump on, oil pressure, header lines. All that is left is exit water and wire it up and alternator installed.

Ya im not thinking the manifold is limiting anything.  I think the heads are limiting.   Boat is looking great!  bet it will be a blast with the AA impeller.   Is there a certain MPH you are shootin for?

We freaking made it to the Avi
!!! Had to switch out the whole fuel delivery at Elsinore today. We worked on it for hours trying to get the mechanical pump going got no success. We called everywhere and found a Holley blue electric and we wired and plumbed it in the parking lot. Got to love zip ties.

Look at that future jet boater in the making! haha

Wonder if the new pump work increased the water pressure going into the block.  Do you have a pressure gauge in the system?  Did the plug pop out cruising or more "spirited" driving?

Popped out during cruising have not really got on it yet? it must of been a faulty plug just got done putting another one in. The brass ones don?t fit very snug. I?m also routing 2 individual water dumps instead of 2 into 1? 2 5/8 inch dumps should be plenty to relive any pressure

Took the old mantra out today the double water dumps kept oil temp down and no freeze plug popped out. Got the water dialed in with the rpm timer. Seems like we are done testing and ready to have fun.
