It is noteworthy that we don't even know the names of these folks in charge.  Oh wait we do.  The current head of EPA in Colorado is the former mayor of Boulder and guess how he got the job.   Yup a political hack appointee by the Obama administration.  No education or experience in Environmental field, just a big help to the Obama regime in turning out minority votes.  Heck uv a job Barry!

How do you punish? simple.

Every single person is forced to resign and never hold another government position again... Your done, incompetent and do not have the public trust. Their names all go on a "Blacklist". How do you do it? simple again, publish every shred of paper, emails, internal notes in every single American Press Publication. Done...

Next, whatever the EPA asks for, protest it. Make it impossible for them to even make a move, hire an independent environmental restoration company to restore order. Do not let the EPA be involved for one second....


Next, go after every single company that has ever held title to the abandoned mines, do not let them breath. They made millions off of these mines, do you think they just disapeared like a fart in the wind? That estate still exists in one form or another...

Learn from mistakes past and fight for whats right... If i made that spill, I would be held fiscally responsible, not to mention, criminally responsible..

We need some government officials with some integrity and a big giant pair of clanking nuts... Meaning it will never ever happen because the "people" fold like origami at the first sign of confrontation...

Get out there and vote people, and when someone does not hold up their campaign promises, call them on it, don't let go until the bodies hit the floor...

But lets open up some more Walmarts and strip malls with a Panda Express, we need more of that...

Yup... I have a story for you that will make you shake your head in disgust.

So some names are eliminated because this is so corrupt, there may be pending legal action.

I have a customer we do a lot of work for. They have some pretty large boilers at their facility that very seldom run, I'm talking less that 20 hours a year... The rules on hot water heating boilers have been regulated for emissions concerns. These boiler fell over that cutline and needed to be source tested (at a cost of over $15,000 a shot) every two years to monitor for controlled pollutants (mainly NOX).

Fair enough. But when these were installed they were state of the art, highest possible efficiency and again, seldom run.

Anyway, they decide to replace the burners on these boilers and de-rate them to a capacity below the cutoff. Genius right?

So at a tune of about $30,000 each we get this job accomplished... The boilers run stupid clean (but still very seldom) and meet the necessary compliance numbers for the next 15 years...

So the air resources board (a small California version of the EPA) still wants these source tested after we just spent over $120,000 on retrofits... Wait.... What? You heard me....

The reason was, "well, they are still permitted as boilers over the limit". HUh? I said shaking my head.

So after protesting, some screaming, some yelling and getting $3,500 in fines because we did not get the source testing done before the deadline (even though these were just certified as a smaller boiler mere months before), one brilliant official says, "yeah, I don't think you really need to source test because the boilers were relabled as smaller boilers and they are under the benchmark"....


Ya think fukkhead?!?!?!?!?!?

Moral of the stupidity, they don't give two shits about anything but keeping the funding they have so they can get a new company car every two years... The EPA for all the good it has done has become a typical money generating machine and should be completely dismantled, but it will never happen....


Stay tuned folks, its going to be a bumpy ride.. I need to go now, I have to go lower my blood pressure... I'm going to go start my boat and let off a little steam...
