I recently removed an engine from a boat that I had bought. I'm pretty sure they aren't worth too much in the boat world but to the right person in the car world could be worth some money. Does anyone have any info or familiar with these heads? The number on them is 3964291 year 72. I need to get the numbers off the block also and ill get some more pictures later

Not too sure yet, I'm going to take the engine down to the shop tomorrow to tear it down. I want to see what the block and specs of everything, I'm thinking someone with a 72 Camaro Chevelle corvette etc might pay some good money for something like this.

I have the same set on my ls6 block in my 19 ft hornet runs like a champ, from what I've researched on them they're 106.9 cc closed chambers, 2.19 intake, 1.88 exhaust, with 325 cc runners.

Yeah I'm trying to find what the block actually is because the date stamped I can't find anything on it. Not sure if it ls6 or ls5 block or what not. I know the 69-70 is the ls6 right? This is a January 71 block not sure if they carried into the 71 year. Thanks for the info

Thanks guys, yes I saw the copo numbers but I'm not to sure it's a copo if it is though that would be really nice. I just can't seem to find any date stamps that line up. I will find out more next week when I year the whole bottom end apart next week. Thanks again for everything.
