The falling weed eater hit me so hard in the head I saw stars ,kind of like when you take a hard punch to the jaw ,thought I was dead ,went staggering inside waitng for the blood then put myself on "concussion watch" It was actually kind of funny in a sick sort of way ,Rhonda and I were in hysterics (guess you had to be there !

Car on jack stands, trying to swap tranny before next round. Trying to get the middle bellhousing bolt out. Pulling the ratchet towards me,slips, bust my self in the mouth, then I jerk my head back at the same time and hit the back of my head on the asphalt.Fat ,split lip on the front lump on the rear.I don't even remeber if we made it.

I had a Ramcharger with a hatch on the back, freakin' back of the truck rattled for 2 years and I couldn't find the rattle, raised the hatch one day and heard something rolling down on the inside of the hatch, I got so excited I had finaly found that rattle I went and showed the wife where it was coming from, I hit myself in the head with the hatch so hard that I dropped to the ground.  :banghead:

Some years ago I had a 1970 Firebird. It had a fiberglass hood that when I was workin on it, it had a wooden stick to hold it up because ya couldnt have regular hood springs. I was workin on the engine while it was runnin, and reached across to do something when I happened to lay my arm across the Mallory coil, shocked the livin crap out of me :o. When I came up, violenly I might add, hit the hood, knocked the stick out, now im stuck under the hood with the motor runnin. When I came to my senses I was somehow able to get out from underneath it  and :o   Mark

I guess in a way the only good thing was that none of my buddies were around, otherwise I would never have lived it down  lol

That's not something to be ashamed of. That's just how things seem to work........ That's just a really lucky one to have survived. Tom's on the other hand, that's just downright funnier than shit!

I was wiring the trailer last night....it was getting late and i was getting tired and not paying attention...then WACK......i hit my head so damn hard on the pump...right on the bolt that holds the end of the diverter cable in....and of course, its a nice allen socket head. i had to lay there for a minute cuz it rattled the brain pretty bad (like a marble in a fishbowl)  ;D  ...im really surprised it didnt split open. This morning i got a nice red mark and a bump the size of a 1/2 dollar on my forehead.

ive split my head open to where it needed stiches like 5-6 times.

I was closing the door on a BIG safe and tried to "slow" the door down before it slammed closed (Did it all the time). Didnt get one of my fingers out in time and SMASH! :banghead: Broke the tip in 3 places.

Talked to a safe tech a lil while after it and he said that when the door gets moving it has 2k pounds of force.  All I can say is that it HURT ALOT!

lets see which one

1st back high school I had a 23 window ragtop bus. It was lowered, IRS axle, wicked engine, etc, etc. Anyways it was time for its annual head torqueing. Block one front wheel, put her up on jack stands, and grab my creeper. Well I started to torque the left cyl head it started to roll forward. Before I could get out from under it, it hopped the brick. The muffler land on chest, and put nice bruise on my chin as it continued its trip over me. I thought for sure it was going to crush me.

2nd time, I will most likely get flamed for this. I had a Toyota Celica, and so did a stoner friend of mine. We get in an argument about whos Celica is faster, and we decide to drag race, on a public street, about 11:00 PM, residential area. Anyways I am in the left lane, him right, the light turns, I get the jump on him, and plus I am just plane faster. Well he gets mad, and clips the rear corner of my car I go sliding at about 80 mph, correct the car just in time to plow a parked car head on, sending the parked car 3 houses down. Don't know how but I walked away from that with out a scratch. Not one of my proudest moments in life.

Crashes, oh phuk, I dun dat once er twice  :banghead:   :D

I wrecked my 600 Katana at 90 mph, sliding down the freeway @ 90 riding my "on it's side" bike like a skateboard I see a guardrail coming,  :P  jump off the bike in a (hopefully) predictable roll - it worked  ???  to come to a stop with a old Nissan Maxima with all 4 tires locked up and sliding straight towards me, roll off the freeway, and felt fine. That night I went to get undressed to go to bed and my paints were stuck to me on my left hip... ouch... road rash real bad on my hip.  :banghead:
