Title: Drought management

Our tax dollars managing the drought crisis.  This is all of the water being dumped into the ocean from just an hour of rain.

That's cause this states  brain trust would rather throw Billions of dollars at the crazy train to nowhere, than build reservoirs to hold much need water in this state Joe.
