I want my parts back!
All of them. You wanted these,never paid for them,now I want them back! This has been going on since late October when u said you'll take all. I've had several GOOD folks who wanted these that I've told they were sold. This ain't going away like you want it too. I want all my parts back!!

Hey Brad,hope all's well. I have a pm from Nov 21 telling me I'll have my parts Tuesday or Wednesday. Still no parts. I've called him 3 times in last month.First time he said about same thing. Last two times I got his answering mail. Left message "want my parts". I'll sue him in Clovis,he'll lose,they'll try to serve him to appear,he won't show,end up garnish his pay check,his license,drivers or vehicles won't renew until paid, hell man all bad. If know this dink,use some horsepower and tell him to just send back ALL of my parts. Thanks

Glad I didn't buy anything from him he wanted 750 for a rail kit and after getting screwed on a boat I bought from his buddy I was Leary about it kinda makes it hard to trust anyone anymore and I still haven't received my money back from his buddy just a bounced check and a return fee I had to pay good luck man hope u get your parts backs

I've talked to the guy in the past. Seemed a little shadey about parts, so I never agreed to any deal. This is a great site with a lot of great people, and it's unfortunate that Vwagon13 got the bad end of the deal. Hopefully it works out in your favor.
I came across this ad, wondering if it may be him, and some of your parts. I know Lifted250 said he works at some shop out of Hesperia that is run out of the owners garage.

My buddy also got some water logs off of him. When he fired up his motor they were cracked. Dude told him bring them back and I have another set for you. My buddy drove from moval to his shop in Hisperia for a second time which when he got there the dude didn't have his replacement. Then he said I'll deliver them which he never did. He is just a junk dealer asking full pop for his parts.

That guy was shady from the start. Just the way he act on that so called bad ass 455 he had built if anyone remembers. It's just sad he burned a lot of good peeps on this site. I drove all the way up to Hesperia to meet him to buy a scoop. Set up a time & I was there early & waited for an hour & a half. Called & txt him 20 plus times while I ate breakfast waiting for him to call. He never did or has since that day. F that guy

That boat belonged to my buddy tanner. It was a beautiful outboard boat for sure. The owner after him jumped a wake at 85 and killed that outer sponsom. Splashing that boat would not be a good idea anyway.
The way I see it, lifted 250 and that Ron Samoian guy are a bunch of lying cheats.

I actually talked to guy that wrecked that boat last week. I found his add on a old forum and wasn't sure if it sold because it wasn't updated. He told me the spill on it. Looked like it was a cool boat at one time. Now it's going to be a death trap. It's pretty sad that guys like this will take advantage of people. Seems like their whole crew are just about their money and not the community !

I talked to the guy on the phone once about a partial MSD setup be had, wanted $400 for the box and dizzy, nothing else. Then went on about all the work and money he had in the last boat(mondello 455) and sold it, now he's sinking all kinds of loot in some other boat that he thinks will take the #1 spot. His HP, torque and CI numbers changed 2 or 3 different times. Needless to say, I got sick of hearing all the diarrhea of the mouth and put the phone down. I think at this point, be'd be wise to never show his face at an event. Seems he's burned and pissed too many people off.

Well guys it was me, I'm the dumb s*** kick my ass dumb s***, that sent him all those parts at the top of the thread. They could bend over and kick myself in the butt I would for doing that. He's on the site, been here awhile, and a hero member. I'm thinking well why not you could probably use these parts on the boat that he's building, they wind up on a nice boat that is building. They're all but they were all brand new parts never used except the cavitation plates. I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time and effort with your comments. They do a lot of their work out of the house which is loaded with parts there. They also have a storage yard with a shop and tons of boats there too. I honestly couldn't tell you how to get there again though. Don't plan on ever going back either.

That is not who I got the motor from I got the motor from a guy named Brice. The motor ran just fine when you were here in my garage and you took it to the lake 4+ times. Not my fault you don't know anything about boats or motors. I have pics of you and your crackhead friends messing with in. If you want to take me to court please do. I have the build sheet that I paid for. You also bought the motor as is. Once the judge tells you that you don't have a leg to stand on, you can be more than happy to try to take the guy I bought the motor from like I said his name is Brice. If you would like to keep going round and round keep it up. Like I said. Once and I guess I will tell you again and if you can't comprehend this time maybe I draw you a pic with crayons for you to understand. I got f***ed out of more money than what the price I sold you for the boat and motor. You told me couple weeks ago via text that the internal are good parts and I offered you a free set of 049 heads and you told me your mechanic said the heads that are on the motor are good especially with all the porting done. So make a paypal if you want to be reimburse for the check I didn't know that didn't clear or you can take me to court for it and I will have a money order ready in hand. I sold you what I paid for so if you want to try to take me to court more power to you. Like I said I bought the motor from a guy named Brice. Like I have said you bought it as is. You heard it run in my garage for 10 min and you got a hard on and couldn't get it hooked to your truck fast enough. You took it to the lake and river and you told me it ran fine and it was so fast it scared your wife. I sure the hell am not going to buy another motor to give you, so feel free to do what you think you need to do. As far as I'm concerned you and I and all this bullshit is done until I get court papers. End of story.

I'll have my friends chime in on the way it ran from day one also u where told as of how it never ran until I had a boat mechanic fix the carbs and other things on the boat to make it turn key it ran twice at the avi and was put on the trailer then I went home and tried to run it on the lake and the cam gear sheared off two bolts after a long night of figuring that was the problem I pulled the motor to check everything else u said was in it to surprise it was a 2 bolt main and all stock Chevy rotating assembly.60 over nothing at all what u said so the point is u fucked me period the end ! I get it and I'll take this as a life lesson. I only posted to buy a boat here because I was told there is some very respectable guys on here that help and have more knowledge about these boats and I could find what I was looking for. Then u pm me and got me reeled in on something that was nowhere near what u said sorry but that's just plain wrong to do to anyone I paid good money hard working money at that and was screwed thanks me girls still haven't got to go for a ride with their dad thanks to you. So I am buying the new motor so I can finally see their smiling faces 😊

Like I have said over and over I got screwed before you did. I paid way more for the motor and boat than what I sold it to you for. So here we go again if you want to take me to court then do so. I will show up with the build list that I paid for and serve papers to Brice so we will all stand there and have a circle jerk until the judge tells me to have a good day and you and Brice can figure it out. I really don't see why you insist on still talking about it. Drop it or do something about it. That simple. You can try to make me look like a crook or whatever you are trying to do I just proved I'm not by sending you money for a bad check that I honestly don't know if you still have it or not because my bank doesn't show it cashed.

We've bought plenty of cars n motors that sellers believe is what they have, but sometimes its not.... but we were happy with what we were buying when the money changed hands.. no harm no foul.. if you really want to know what your getting build it yourself.... just my .02 not worth much but good luck sorting your issue out like gentleman. I think that it is well worth noting, that this is the most drama SCJB has had since Rod and the great dildo caper of 2009. I spend way too much time on several recreational websites, and this one by far has the best people. Every time someone needs help of advice, or just wants to vent, the outpouring of knowledge and friendly advice is truly amazing.
Thank God we were able to ditch that Omar guy too >:D

I do have a user rating system thats been in place since day 1 of this site. Its called Karma. The only thing is it is not available via the Mobile App.

Also, a persons karma count is shown on their profile through the website.
I strongly suggest those of you who have a bad dealing (even more so, good dealings) with anyone, please use this system. Also, please do it from the thread where you had the good/bad experience with it so whoever is looking at someone's credibility, they can see the conversation where the positive/negative karma was warranted.
I know a lot of you depend solely on the mobile app, but I never intended for the app to be the only point of reference for the site. It was only meant for on-the-go posting or checking out whats going on when you got a minute to kill when you're not on a computer.
This thread has run its course, and then some. I will be locking it, but leaving it public for future reference. If anyone feels the need to contact me about this thread (ie lifted250) don't hesitate to contact me about your concerns.

Well, what vwagon13 was referring to is what this thread was initially started for....and how several other people chimed in with their bad experiences with Lifted250.
I do agree with you that the 2nd part of this thread where 78hallettbbc and brian777 went back n forth was mind numbing.
