Pay cash for everything.....Sell off almost everything that is financed, live on the cheap and get back to basics...

Smile and laugh more.

Get something done on the Carerra each month (origionally said a week, but lets be real)...

Tell my kids I love them every day.....Make sure my wife has no doubts I love her...

Go wheeling with my nephew. At least once.

And buy my new boss lunch...He's my old boss, but at a new company.

These may seem small, but a hundred times more than I did last year.... :screwy:

i gotta stop smoking, and take better care of myself, lol. After the lady and i broke up a few weeks ago i lost 20 pounds, heh and im a skinny lil bastard, so yea, lol put weight back on too.

Buying a house right now if you can actually get a loan, is a good time and makes good business sense.   But your income HAS TO BE SOLID.   It is still easy to lose a house if the bottom falls again (and it will).   If you buy a house be prepared to live there at least 6 or 7 years.

However if you want to buy a house to maximize profit they will get cheaper by far next year, but interest rates will rise.   The big question is "how much?"
That's what seperates the men from their money  :mad:
