OK, check this out, my neighbor right next to me (I live in a very quiet court) had called the city on me for having vehicles in my driveway (a motorhome and behind that a boat) and he claims it is an eyesore and is bringing down property values (his house is not up for sale).
The guy from code inforcement calls me (he was very cool) and tells me to just keep the driveway cleaned up and to move my scrap wood (kindeling) off the front of the house. No problem right?, well I did that, even sold my toy hauler a couple weeks ago, and have been parking my work truck down the street a ways, now this F-er calls in again only this time they (city) send me letter of non-compliance.
So now I have to build a gate and kepp everything behind the fence because he does not like that I have a motorhome in my driveway (very nice one by the way).
So now I need to come up with ways to legally screw with this guy (BTW he has never once come to talk to me about this).
Here's what I have so far.....
Park the motorhome on the street right in front of his house and move it once a day. (legal)
Don't park any cars in my driveway so there is no parking left on the rest of the court, my other neighbors are doing the same (he's cool). Legal...
Mow my lawn twice a week but on Saturday at 7 AM (front) and Sunday at 9:50 PM (rear). Legal...
Start my work truck at 5:50 AM every morning and let it "warm up" and back up (has beeper) even if I don't have to. Legal...
I installed a set of stereo speakers in my rear yard and have it set to come on at 7 AM til 10PM every day (bluegrass mostly). Legal...
I went and bought fifteen pink flamingoes at Lowes, and installed them on his side of my yard. Legal...
let me know if you come up with some more.....

I think the loud jetboat thing may have started this whole thing (468 unmuffled camshaft break in), I am going to be welding the front suspension back into my nephews late model stock car, it runs and I think it will have to be "driven" off the trailer, and maybe even test driven in the court (only illegal if you get caught) it has a 377" small block Chevy and 180* headers, very loud and almost irritating even if you are a motorhead.

Now thats perfect, he's a "consultant" whatever that means..Dudes a real duschebag, and Skip I'm liking the Ramen thing thats funny right there..He had some freinds over today and they parked in there driveway parallel style, so I backed my truck up about five feet to block them in a little and went to the hardware store for about an hour, they didn't hit my truck but sure screwed up their shrubs.... >:D
I also called my buddy from the fire dept. seems "someone" is complaining about the possible "fire hazard" of all the pine needles on the roof and there is no address numbers because of the Ivy growing on the front of the house. Thats going to be a pain in the ass...

I have a neighbor that started a similar war with me. I parked my boat (RV would be better and was next on my list to borrow my friends) in front of her house. You don't have to move it every day, just within 72hrs or getting your tire chalk marked (at least in San Diego). Eventualy the police did speak with me about it and said that I was in no way breaking the law and "it would be the nice neighbor thing to do" to move it. It sits there to this day and i have not had it chalked for over a year. I confronted her eventually and told her and her big ass son that this was a war they could not win and that I would have galdly put it in storage had they asked me rather than just calling the cops and trying to get my sh*t towed. I added my daily driver car to the parking in front of her house now also. My house is behind hers and I have off street parking, but my boat wont fit down the narrow driveway. Good luck with whatever you decide. It sucks having a neighbor as an enemy but WTF can you do sometimes >:D

Document EVERTHING keep a log and take photos !! times dates ,events, comments ,witnesses (berbatum or as best you can) Then call you atty and request a letter to him alledging harasment , theres a point with everthing like this where things go beyond a simple compliant to what begins to take shape as an "assault" and no one should have to deal with it ,lifes too short ;) Keep the legal and moral high ground you'll look better in the end Just my 02 Tom

not exactly legal cause you have to break into his cars but, get into them at night pour 2 boxes of rice crispies cereal down the a/c vents, clean up the dust it will make and any that you spill, sit back in the am and wait for him to turn on the a/c, i quarantee you will roll on the ground laughing when he gets bombarded with rice crispies, and he will be cleaning the car out for a month. ;D >:D don't ask how i know :banghead:

If you really want to have some fun, take off his valve stem caps, place a BB up in the cap and screw it back on, almost all the way, it'll cause a slow leak. When he goes to the tire store, nothing's wrong with the tire, should drive him up the wall. If you REALLY want to cause him some grief, 1 cup uncooked Minute Rice in his radiator, there isn't a water passage anywhere that won't get clogged................................ .............at least that's what I hear

We did something very similar to a sevice writer at a shop I used to work at, but we first used the little hole punches from the hole puncher (paper), pretty funny, then later because that didn't make him less of a prick, we took a carp that one of the guys caught and loosley wrapped it in foil and put it under his passenger seat of his car, I think that car still stinks. ;D
That starts me to thinking.
BTW I was also thinking about putting some of his dogs shit under his door handles of his car, he's just anal. enough to have it tested to see if it was my dogs doo. Can you imagine his face when he finds out it was his dog ???

My Pops use to "fling dog crap over the fence to see if he could make it into the neighbors fish pond when I was a kid , my brother once stuck an open can of cat tuna under the office mngrs seat springs (in her demo) whew !! problem is she probably couldn't be sure exactly where the smell was from !! (biaotch), we had some "hick" neighbors that we used to swipe "notice to clean premises" signs and stick them in thier yard at nite

Just be warned that any loud noise, be it a un muffled boat, a lawn mower at 7am/9:50pm, a loud stereo, or anything that could be considered "Disturbing the peace" is in fact, a crime. Regardless of the time of day, (I always thought there were certain hours when noise was OK, I was wrong), and could get you a summons to appear in court to answer the charges. I see several ideas about his vehicle. Some of which could result in a lawsuit you could lose. Best idea, and it is done from the outside of the car, is Limberger cheese in the air vents/cowling vent. Shread it up into very small pieces and dump it down the vents. Hot sun will do the rest. Be sure to clean up any residue on the outside.......AND, spill some sugar in the street or driveway next to his gas tank. DO NOT sugar the tank, just make him think someone did. He'll probably have the car towed and drained, at his expense, only to find nothing......Another "pain in the ass" trick is plastic coated playing cards in the gas tank, (a little tougher with the un leaded flapper deal), 6 or 8 cards will just float around in there until the pump starts sucking. Then the cards gather around the suction, block the fuel flow, engine dies. Without the suction the cards re float, car starts, goes a few miles and it all happens again.........Do not do anything that damages property, or creates an un safe condition that could result in injury. Harmless pranks are one thing, just don't get caught. I personally like the Limberger cheese in the vents, about the only way to get rid of the stench is to burn the car.........You can also spell out "DICK" with super grow grass additive. The "dick" part will out grow the rest of the lawn without doing any real harm.......MP

The DICK thing, now that's both fun and imaginative ;D, serious humor there...we did what my cousin calls "doggy nickles" to our high school principals car, basically you glove up and slice up Dog dookie in thin slices and simply drop them into the cowl vents, the only problem is they eventually stop stinking, the cheese though, that stuff stinks forever..... >:D

Growing up, had neighbor problems with lady who thought my step dad was a dope dealer cuz of his long hair and beard (turns out it was the clean cut mormans next door to her that were dealing lol). We once wrote bitch in her lawn with rock salt. Oh and accidently ran over her prize hedge with a Kenworth!!!

I know a friend of a friend who was in a war with his neighbor back east - he bought some post hole cement, went next door late at night, opened the water meter box, shut off the water, and dumped 5 lbs of the cement in there. A little water later, well....

Found a good one, I was at a feed store looking at rabbit hutches for my daughters bunny and stumbled accross a "bird dogging" whistle, brought it home and put my dog inside the house and turned on the stereo pretty loud, then went outside by the A-hole's fence and blew the whistle, made a high pitched sound like dog whisles do, but has a little plunger you pull in and out and it changes the pitch slightly, I thought my neighbors dog was going to explode, it went nuts! And it was in the house!!!!
So then I stopped the whistle until they came home (dark), then started in with the whisle again, the were so pissed they let the dog out in the back yard, yelling at the dog the whole time, so then I went and got my lazer level and had the dog chasing his own ass all over the rear yard (I used my other neighbors balcony), while blowing the whistle, I had them yelling at that poor damn dog for 25 minutes, I finally yelled out loud "shut that damn dog up before I call in a disturbance!", needless to say, the dog was back in the house 5 min. later.
Now that was fun!!!! >:D

Ok so the fuker did it again, I just spent almost $800 and three evenings building the gates of hell, and pulling weeds and shit to get this guy off my ass, and not only did code enforcement come and measure my gate (cannot be more than 6' high, it's 5'11-7/8" at the highest point >:D) but he had animal control (worthless division of the police dept.) cite us because my dog was barking at him because he was up in a tree "pruning it"...I need this bastard to cry in front of me so I can piss on him!!!!!! :banghead:

If that's not enough to get him off your ass, let me know, I know some "undesireables" that will happily camp out in front of his house for a few days.............

Have you subscribed to any porn rags in his name at the other neighbors address?.......Lousy neighbors are one of the most irritating things we face, and sometimes the hardest to deal with.
